- All actions taken through your account will be deemed authorized by you.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients (employers or organizations) agree to:
- Use the platform for lawful HR and organizational purposes only
- Ensure candidate data is processed with appropriate consent
- Not misuse the platform to harm others or violate privacy regulations
5. Data Ownership and Rights
- All assessment data and results remain the property of the client organization.
- TalentSphere retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for system improvement, benchmarking, and analytics.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
- All software, design, content, and documentation are owned by TalentSphere or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
- Any feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the platform without compensation to you.
7. Subscription, Fees, and Payment
- Access to Services may be subject to subscription plans and fees agreed upon separately.
- Invoices are due based on the terms outlined in the service agreement or order form.
- Late payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Service Availability & Support
- We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance and updates will be communicated in advance where possible.

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
